    This specialty consists of fresh raw trout grown in the clean water running down from Mt.Cheonghwa, at the high reaches of the Baekdu mountain rage, 1,000 meters above sea level. In addition, it has been tasted with fresh vegetables, including herbs produced on Cheonghwasan farms.

    This is a Sangju specialty drink to be enjoyed in winter, made out of dried persimmons that are produced in abundance in the city. Ginger-brewed water with sugar and honey is added and after the mixture is cooled, it is topped off with pine nuts and cinnamon powder.
